The CSRF error occurs when you don't log out of the webmail interface and try to reload the page after the current session has expired.
To fix this error, simply remove any string queries (text) after the webmail domain and reload the page.
You should just be left with https://webmail.makemedev.co.uk/
If this fails, you should attempt to clear your browsers cache.
