Our email hosting has a great spam-free reputation and we want to keep it that way.
It is not intended for mass commercial emails to thousands of recipients. We'd recommend using a commercial email provider if this is your intended use.
Don't worry though, we are very generous with the number of emails we provide (probably more than you'll ever need).
Email Account Limits
The following limits apply to all messages sent via authenticated SMTP. This will be primarily used for email sent via a mail client, but can also include emails sent via your website if configured to send via SMTP.
We impose a limit of 8,000 messages per email address, per 24 hours.
The following limits also apply:
- No more than 10,000 recipients per day
- No more than 2,000 unique recipients per day
- A single email is limited to 100 individual recipients
Web Server Limits
We impose a limit of 500 messages per day on all email sent by our web servers.
Email Size Limits
Our mailing system accepts attachments up to 32MB in size, and the maximum message size is 50MB.
Autoresponders
Autoresponders send once every 8 hours per sender.
New Mailbox Limit
When a new mailbox is set up, we impose a sending limit of 50 emails per day for 7 days. This is an abuse rule to prevent new mailboxes being set up and used immediatly for spam emailing. This is in place to preserve our reputation and protect mail from being spoofed as spam by third-party platforms.
Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
We take a zero tolerace stance againt the sending of spam, bulk, and unsolicited emails.
